📦 Ordering Help

  • How do I place an order?
    Simply provide us with your Name, Contact Number, Delivery Address, and Product Names. You can order online, via phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS.
  • Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
    Yes, pickup is available at our office in Accra.

💳 Payment Help

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Cash on Delivery (Accra & Kumasi only) and Mobile Money (all networks in Ghana).
  • Do I need to pay before delivery?
    • Accra & Kumasi → You may pay on delivery.
    • Other regions → Payment is required before delivery.
  • How do I confirm my payment?
    After making payment, kindly call or send us a text/WhatsApp message with your transaction reference.

🚚 Delivery Help

  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver nationwide in Ghana and also offer international shipping.
  • When will I receive my order?
    • Accra & Kumasi → Same-day delivery.
    • Other parts of Ghana → Delivery via VIP, OA, STC, or other parcel services (time depends on destination).
    • International → Shipped via DHL, FedEx, Ghana Post, or your preferred courier.
  • How do I track my parcel?
    For local deliveries outside Accra & Kumasi, we will share the driver’s details or the parcel office receipt. For international orders, you will receive an official shipping receipt and tracking details.
