Order Procedure

To place an order, kindly provide us with the following details:

• Your Contact Number
• Your Valid Delivery Address/Location
• Name(s) of the Products to be Delivered

Payment Methods & Terms of Payment

1. Payment on Delivery (Available in Accra & Kumasi Only)

If you are located in Accra or Kumasi, you can choose to pay upon delivery of your products.

2. Payment Before Delivery (For Other Parts of Ghana)

For deliveries outside Accra and Kumasi, payment must be made before delivery, under agreed conditions.

Alternative Options:

• If you have a contact in Accra or Kumasi, we can deliver to them on your behalf. Once the products are confirmed received, you may complete payment via Mobile Money.
• We can also send your package through the parcel office (VIP, OA, STC, or other trusted transport services). You can confirm details directly with the driver or officer before completing your payment via Mobile Money.
• Any other safe and convenient method can be discussed with us during your order.

Mobile Payment & Confirmation

We provide a secure mobile banking service, making payment quick, safe, and convenient.

• Payment Options: Cash and/or Mobile Money
• After Payment: Please call or text to confirm your payment with the transaction reference.

Deliveries & Pickups

• Same-Day Delivery: Available in Accra and Kumasi with our reliable carrier service.
• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across Ghana through trusted services such as VIP Express, OA Travel & Tours, STC, and other mini-vans directly to your location.
• International Delivery: For clients outside Ghana, we ship through DHL, FedEx, Ghana Post, or your preferred shipping channel.

Note:

• For deliveries outside Accra and Kumasi, you will be provided with either a receipt from the parcel office or the driver’s details (phone number and vehicle number) for easy communication and parcel tracking.
• International shipments include official receipts from the shipping/delivery company.

Pickup Orders (Available in Accra Only)

If you are in Accra, you may also choose to walk into our office to pick up your products.
