1. Deliveries – Order & Receive
Same-Day Delivery (Accra | Kumasi | Tamale)
- Same-day delivery is available in Accra, Kumasi, and Tamale for all orders placed on time.
- Orders can be made directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or by SMS.
- Our trusted courier partners will deliver your products right to your doorstep.
To place an order, kindly provide:
- Your Full Name
- Active Phone Number
- Valid Delivery Address/Location
- Product Name(s)
Nationwide Delivery (All Other Regions)
- We deliver across Ghana through VIP Express (V.I.P), 2M Express, VVIP, O.A Travel & Tours, STC, and other reliable transport services.
- Your order will be processed and dispatched the same day once payment is confirmed.
- After dispatch, you will receive:
- The courier receipt, or
- Driver details for easy communication and collection of your package.
International Delivery
- We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, Ghana Post, or your preferred shipping channel.
- Clients outside Ghana will receive official receipts from the shipping/delivery company.
2. Pick-Up Orders & Walk-Ins
Available only in Accra, Kumasi & Tamale.
- You may walk into any of our branches to pick up your products.
- To avoid inconvenience, please call or text ahead to confirm product availability.

3. Ordering Terms & Conditions

- Accra, Kumasi, Tamale: Payment on Delivery available.
- All Other Regions in Ghana: Payment is required before delivery.
